Payment

Payments are made through the Stripe system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Stripe system. No credit card information is stored by The Sheep’s Back.

All our prices are in NZD and are GST exempt.

Returns

We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, however we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with the quality, or feel that the product has not met up to expectations, the product can be returned for a full refund. All returns must be made within 14 days from receiving product. We recommend you post via courier as if we do not receive the product we cannot refund it.

National Shipping

All endeavours will be made to ship your order on the day or day following your order (Monday - Friday). You will receive e-mail notification once your order has been shipped.  If you have an urgent order please let us know and we will help you get your product ASAP.

International Shipping

Please allow approximately 14 days to arrive. Delivery time will depend on location. A shipping price will need to be quoted - please make contact via the Contact page.
